How to Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your AloChat account and related data. AloChat is operated by KVGPAY GLOBAL COMPANY LIMITED.

You can delete your account yourself in one of the two ways below: on the mobile app or on the web. If you cannot access your account (for example, you uninstalled the app and forgot your password), you can request deletion by email.

Method 1 — On the mobile app (iOS / Android)

  1. Open the AloChat app and go to the "Me" tab (person icon, bottom-right of the navigation bar).
  2. On the profile card at the top, tap the pencil (edit) icon → opens "My Profile".
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to the "Danger zone" section and tap "Delete account".
  4. Enter your password to confirm (accounts that sign in with Google/Facebook do not need to), then confirm. Your account will be deleted.

Method 2 — On the web (browser)

  1. Go to https://alochat.vn and sign in to your account.
  2. Open "Settings", then select the "Account" tab.
  3. Scroll to the "Danger zone" section and click "Delete account".
  4. Type your shop name to confirm and enter your password, then click the delete button.

What data is deleted and retention period

Whether you delete on the app or the web, the following data is marked for deletion:

  • Your account (profile, email, avatar).
  • The shops you own, along with their platform connections, conversations, customers, scripts, and knowledge base data.
  • Related platform access tokens (Facebook/Zalo).

Data is retained for up to 30 days (recovery window): if you sign up again with the same email during this period, your account may be restored. After 30 days, the data is permanently deleted, except data we must retain to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Method 3 — Request by email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, send an email from the email address registered to your account to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify and process it within a reasonable time as required by law (typically within 30 days).
